Workday Sr Lead Engineer, Security and Cross Applications - LSEG

Responsibilities: 

• Work with functional and technical teams to define and implement test plans for Workday and related applications. 
• Lead testing activities for system enhancements, projects, and ongoing improvements. 
• Support privacy, security (including proxy access), and user experience testing. 
• Spot trends, analyse Level 3 support issues, and recommend improvements. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve BAU issues in partnership with technical teams. 
• Keep documentation and testing practices aligned to global standards. 
• Communicate findings clearly-both written and verbal-with a range of partners. 
• Own your work and take initiative. We value curiosity and accountability.
  
  

Qualifications: 

• Experience with Workday or similar HCM systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle). 
• Familiarity with configuration, security testing, and business process flows. 
• A keen eye for detail and confidence in raising issues or insights. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work with global teams and manage deadlines across time zones. 
• A proactive mindset-you enjoy learning and improving how things work.
