• Recently completed a degree or certification in IT, cybersecurity or a related field.
• Curiosity, a strong aptitude for learning, and the ability to apply feedback quickly in a fast-paced security environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to clearly document findings and processes.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, can-do attitude that aligns with Brennan’s values.
• Exposure to any of the following is a bonus but is not expected, full training will be provided:
• Endpoint Security (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Defender for Endpoint, Sophos, Trend Vision One).
• Email Security platforms (Mimecast, Proofpoint, Exchange Online Protection).
• Identity & Access Management (Entra ID, conditional access, MFA).
• SIEM & SOAR tools (Microsoft Sentinel, USM Anywhere, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with incident response frameworks (NIST IR, MITRE ATT&CK).
