• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A diploma or professional qualification in Banking, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 02 years' experience at Executive level.
• Previous experience in audit, investigations, operations, or gold loan-related activities is preferable.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Age Limit: 40 years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic and surprise stock verifications of gold articles at branches island-wide.
• Investigate discrepancies, irregularities, and operational issues related to gold loan activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of gold loan records and documentation.
• Prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective actions to strengthen internal controls.
• Liaise with branch staff and relevant departments to resolve identified issues.
